Experiential Wayfinding Signage
Cambridge, MA

Case Study
After aquiring office space in 3 new locations, Harvard University’s Information Technology Department wanted to develop a wayfinding/signage system, while also turning an empty space with no identity
into one that promoted their vision, values and brand.

We used a full vinyl wall application and
mounted a dimensional logo set, to create a branded entry space that’s welcoming for visitors and employees.
The overall design was carried over to 2 additional locations, creating a consistent look and feel throughout all three office space.

Brushed and perforated metal accents were highlighted on the Directory and Directional signage, giving the space an industrial, technological feel. The directory inserts are printed on a large-format printer, making changes and updates quick, easy, and affordable.
The directional and directory signs
were placed strategically
to maximize wayfinding for visitors.

OUR PROVEN PROCESS

The original main monument sign was in very poor condition, but most importantly, because of it’s size and placement, could not be seen from the road.

We created a new post and panel sign, carrying over the perforated metal
and brushed silver letter design, and the nished product is a very powerful, functional Main ID sign.
